This is the true experience for that once in a lifetime chance at some big Hybrids. The Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks(KDWP) has done a tremendous job at creating some excellent Hunting and Fishing opportunities. With there strict bag and length limits it has created some trophy hybrid fishing lakes.
Watkins Guide Service provides you the chance at catching some of these monster fish. This is not your everyday Fishing trip. You may not catch numbers of fish but we focus on the big ones. Many 8-14lb fish have been caught on these shallow water lakes in Kansas.
Prices for these Trophy Hybrid Trips are $150 for 1-2 fisherman & $75 for an extra person for a full 8 hours of fishing. Maximum of 3 fisherman per trip!!

| Chris Nichols has lived in Kansas his entire life. Chris has been fishing many Kansas lakes for more than 30 years religiously. Chris has caught countless Wipers and Stripers out these lakes. His main stay is Cheney Reservoir located just 20 miles west of Wichita. He knows this lake like the back of his hand. With his vast knowledge of fishing for these Giants of Kansas he will put you on the fish.
Chris has put many of 10+ lb Wipers in his 19 ft Blue Wave Boat. Blue Waves are made in Checotah Oklahoma. It is a custom built boat, there is not another one like it. His Boat powered by a 115 hp Yamaha 4 stroke. Chris is also fitted with all the newest electronics and marine radio. All the bait, rods, and tackle are supplied on these trips. Don't forget your Kansas Fishing License and dont forget your 3rd pole permit. You will need to bring rain gear or what ever type clothing depending on the weather and food and drink.
